He used this knowledge to create the method that was to eliminate his own anxiety and that is now available as The Linden Method.

The Linden Method is the result of Charles Linden’s research that involved many other former anxiety sufferers and what they did to overcome their anxiety disorder. Charles discovered that all anxiety disorders have one thing in common and that is they are all caused by the amygdala. The amygdala is a small organ in the brain that reacts like a switch that can either turn anxiety on or off. The Linden Method works because it teaches techniques that result in the amygdala returning to the off position which removes the anxiety. The Linden Method does not involve the usage of any prescription drugs as these simply suppress symptoms instead of resolving the root cause of the problem.
