Love Handles and How to Remove Them
Here’s the best way to get rid of love handles!
Controlling what you eat. No matter how much you hate the sound of it, that’s the truth. Everything falls down to what you eat. Personally, I believe that losing your love handles is only 20 percent exercise but 80 percent diet.
If you can really get your diet under control to get rid of love handles then you’ve mastered the hardest part.Working out is the easy part, controlling your eating habits is where it’s going to take discipline.
Getting rid of love handles is easy when you don’t eat fast food, and you start food combining properly, following proper eating habits.
Now, those love handles can be burned off faster by doing these exercises.
1. Cardio. You should be able to perform cardio exercises at least three times per week. By doing this, you’ll notice that a considerable amount of fat is lost and you don’t even know it.
2. Gym exercises. Gym exercises are going to take you over the edge in your quest to finally get rid of love handles.
Specifically, you should continuously focus on two exercise types designed to get rid of love handles. I’ve talked about them in other articles .
Decreasing the fat in your stomach will automatically result in fat loss in your thigh region. You definitely get more than you expected!
Side Bend Workouts:
Stand with your feet about shoulder width apart and your knees slightly bent. Maintaining the position, slowly bend your body to the left or right (whatever you choose) and letting it go as far as you can. This exercise may also be done with weights. This region where the love handles appear is the body part that is primarily targeted by this exercise. The circulation of blood and oxygen in the body will also be improved by this routine. Even better, the love handles are elongated by continually doing this exercise. Hence, you’ll find that this love handle exercise is an excellent addition to your routine.

Torso Twist Routines:
Rather than bending, the torso twist requires you to “twist” from side to side while your lower body is positioned in a stationary manner. Personally, I incorporate a bar or a stick in the exercise, placing it behind my head to get a good twist.
